Doesn’t it feel nice to hear someone say you look younger than your age when you tell them? Or how about the flip side to that, you are shocked to hear someone’s age when you assumed they were much older?!
Well, how you look and how you feel is not just based on diet and exercise. Sure those two items play a large role in how young you feel but there are many other life factors to take into account.
The great thing about people that do watch what they eat and exercise on a regular basis is that it tends to help in those other factors.
Just for fun, take this test to see where you stand. Be truthful and this test will give you your ‘biological’ age. It will also give you recommendations on how to improve upon it.
Once done, go back and take the test again, based on the recommendations given to see how much each improvement helps your biological age.
For example, I had a biological age 15 years younger than what I really am. Does this mean that I have to change the name of my blog from Old Fart Training to Not So Old Fart Training????
Where I lacked in was sleep per day, total number of close friends and (I hate to admit this) not enough fruits and vegetables.
When I increased in those areas, I improved by another 7 years! Wow, a biological age 22 years less than my real age!
So take the test, see where you stand, then come up with a plan to be…Fit Forlife!
